中文摘要:采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对厚度为1.8 mm2024-T4铝合金薄板进行焊接实验,通过高压水冷装置来控制由残余应力产生的失稳翘曲变形,并对焊缝的微观组织与力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:用搅拌摩擦焊方法焊接1.8 mm厚的2024-T4铝合金薄板可得到外表成形美观、内部无缺陷的平板对接接头。在冷却水压为0.4 MPa、搅拌针旋转速度为2100 r/min、焊接速度为120 mm/min时,搅拌摩擦焊的焊接接头强度可达到377.9 MPa,达到母材强度的80.39%。
英文摘要: Friction stir welding of 2024-T4 aluminum alloy plate with 1.8 mm thickness was carried out. The high-pressure water-cooled system was used to control the instability warpage generated by residual stress, the microstructure and physical properties of the alloy joints were analyzed. The experiment results demonstrate that the joint with good appearance and defect-free in the inner can be obtained at optimum joining conditions. When cooling water pressure is 0.4 MPa, the rotating speed is 2100 r/min and the welding speed is 120 mm/min, the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 377.9 MPa, approaching to 80.39% of the matrix.
