中文摘要:进行6061铝合金和Ti-6Al-4V钛合金异种金属材料超声波焊接研究,采用EDS和金相显微镜分析接头的微观组织结构,利用撕裂实验及硬度测试来评定接头的力学性能。研究表明,6061铝合金和Ti-6Al-4V钛合金具有良好的超声波焊接性能,焊接接头的强度满足使用性能,且得到最佳超声波焊接时间为170 ms,焊接压力为0.4 MPa。
英文摘要:The ultrasonic welding of dissimilar 6061 aluminum alloy and Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was carride ont。The microstructure of the welded joints was investigated by EDS and metallography microscope.The mechanical properties of joint were determined by tearing experiment and hardness test. The results indicate that 6061 aluminum alloy and Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy have well ultrasonic welding performance. The intensity of welded joint atisfy the operational performance, and obtains the best ultrasonic welding time (170 ms) and welding pressure (0.4 MPa.)
