中文摘要:在ZA35合金中加入纳米TiC颗粒作为增强相,采用电磁搅拌技术制备了纳米TiC颗粒增强锌基复合材料。设计了纳米TiC颗粒增强锌基复合材料的固溶处理工艺,研究了复合材料在不同固溶处理工艺条件下的力学性能,分析了该工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶处理对TiC颗粒增强锌基复合材料力学性能影响较大,与未热处理复合材料相比,其抗拉强度提高明显,在350 ℃固溶6 h时,添加TiC7.5vol%复合材料的抗拉强度最大可达到475.1 MPa;固溶处理后的复合材料耐磨性较好。
英文摘要:The zinc-based composite reinforced by nano-TiC particle was fabricated by electromagnetic stirring technology. The solution treatment process for the composite was studied. The effect of solid solution treatment on the mechanical properties of the composite was discussed. The results show that the tensile strength of the composite treated by solution is obviously improved as comparison with the composite without heat treatment. The optimal solid solution process is at 350 ℃ for 6 h, under which the composite reinforced by 7.5% TiC particle has optimal mechanical properties and the tensile strength is 475.1 MPa. The composite treated by solution exhibites excellent wear resistance.
