中文摘要:用熔体搅拌铸造法制备了硅相增强ZA40复合材料,研究了硅含量对该复合材料的密度、硬度、金相组织和性能的影响,并通过高温高速磨损试验机测量了该复合材料的耐磨性。结果表明,随硅含量的增加,ZA40合金的耐磨性大幅提高。
英文摘要:SiP/ZA40 composite was prepared by stir casting. The effects of Si content on density, hardness, microstructure and properties of the composite were studied. The tribological properties and corrosion behaviors of Si reinforced Zn-Al composite were tested on high temperature and high speed wear machine. The results indicate that the wear properties of ZA40 alloy gradually increase as Si content increasing.
