中文摘要:采用粉末冶金法制备SiCP/Cu梯度复合材料,研究了梯度复合材料的压缩性能。结果表明:采用复压烧结粉末冶金工艺可提高梯度复合材料的致密度,并能消除梯度层间界面;当压缩应力达630 MPa时,SiCP/Cu梯度复合材料的压缩试样表面出现宏观剪切裂纹,裂纹方向与轴线方向成45°;压缩后梯度试样的致密度由95.8%提高到97%。
英文摘要:SiCP/Cu gradient composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The compressive performance of the composite was studied. The results show that the specific density of the composite can be increased and the gradient boundary layers can be eliminated by second compressing power metallurgy technique. When the pressure reaches 630 MPa, the composite generates macroscopical shear crack, which is 45° in vertical direction. After compression test , the average density of the composite increases from 95.8% to 97%.
