中文摘要:采用悬浮铸造法将硼铁颗粒加入Q235钢中制备FeB-Q235复合材料,并加入Ti进行对比,对铸态及热处理态下硼铁颗粒与基体的界面结合区进行形貌观察。研究表明,硼铁颗粒与基体界面的结合靠硼铁颗粒局部熔化后重新析出的Fe2B相形成的过渡层,而Ti的加入对Fe2B相的形成有抑制作用;在880 ℃正火处理后,硼铁颗粒与基体的结合处Fe2B相减少。
英文摘要:FeB-Q235 composite was prepared by adding boron-iron grain using suspension casting method, and compared with adding Ti into the composite, the morphology of the composite in the interface of boron particle and matrix under the state of casting and heat treatment was analyzed. The results indicate that there is Fe2B transition layer between boron-iron particle and matrix. Adding Ti can restrain the amount of Fe2B; the amount of high boron phase in the interface of the composite can be reduced when normalizing at 880 ℃.
