镁合金微弧氧化绿色陶瓷膜的形成工艺研究

中文摘要:用微弧氧化的方法,用碱性电解质体系在AZ91D镁合金基体上获得了颜色均匀、致密性好的绿色陶瓷层。研究了电解质浓度、氧化电压、膜厚和粗糙度对陶瓷膜层质量的影响。结果表明:试样在以Na2SiO3为主盐的电解质中分别加入两种不同着色盐皆能得到性能良好的绿色陶瓷膜,在点滴试验中陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀时间均超过40 min。其中着色盐浓度对膜层颜色影响较大,氧化电压对膜层颜色影响则趋于平缓。通过比较发现,绿色膜在低着色盐浓度下膜层表面质量最好。
英文摘要:An uniform and density green ceramic coating was prepared on AZ91D Mg alloy surface by micro-arc oxidation. The effects of electrolyte concentration, oxidation voltage, thickness and roughness on the quality of the coating were studied. Based on the electrolyte with basic component Na2SiO3, the green ceramic coating was obtained when adding two color salt by micro-arc oxidation on the substrate of AZ91D Mg alloy, and the corrosion times all were over 40 min in test of resistance titration. The electrolyte concentration is the most important factor which influences the color of the coating, while the color of the coating changes stably as oxidation voltage changes under the same electrolyte concentration. Through comparison, the coating prepared in the condition of low current density shows the best surface appearance.
