中文摘要:利用Marc有限元软件模拟了H型钢在喷射冷却条件下的温度场变化,找出了典型规格的H型钢在喷射冷却条件下的最佳水流密度分布;并据此开发了H型钢在线控制冷却装置—喷射冷却装置,成功应用于马鞍山钢铁公司小H型钢生产线;在线进行型钢控制冷却试验研究。结果表明,通过强化冷却及随后的自回火工艺,可以有效细化组织晶粒,并在H型钢表面获得一定数量的贝氏体,明显提高了H型钢的综合性能。
英文摘要:The temperature fied change of H-beam under the conditions of controlled jet cooling was simulated by marc finite element software, the optimal water distribution of typical H section was got. The online control cooling devices were developed and successfully applied for the mini H-beam line. The online control cooling experiment shows that the ferrite grain can be effectively refined by forced cooling and the following self-tempering process. Bainite even can been got from the surface of H-section, so the overall properties of H-beam steel are improved.
