中文摘要:实验室研究了一种屈服强度为690 MPa级特厚高强调质钢板的工艺与性能之间的关系。结果表明:采用低C并添加Cr、Mo、V的合金成分设计,经厚板轧制后,通过900 ℃淬火 + 650 ℃回火调质处理,实验钢板可以获得最佳的组织和性能,满足ASTM517Q标准对100 mm厚特厚钢板的强度及冲击韧度的要求。
英文摘要:The relationship between process, microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength ultra heavy plate with 100 mm thickness, which is low carbon, Cr-Ni-Mo alloying composition designed, was investigated in laboratory. The results show that the optimal microstructure and properties can be obtained by quenching at 900 ℃ and tempering at 650 ℃. The mechanical properties of the plate can meet the requirements of ASTM517Q specification.
