中文摘要:添加微量合金元素Cu、Ti和Mo,对合金的基本化学成分进行优化研究,得出了QT550-10材料的化学成分。依据该配方生产了小批量铸件,并对其化学成分进行研究, 验证了QT550-10材料化学成分的合理性,实现了直接铸造获得高强度、高伸长率的球墨铸铁件。
英文摘要:The chemical composition of QT550-10 was optimized by adding micro-element Cu, Ti and Mo. A small batch of QT550-10 casting was produced by above composition. The mechanical properties of the casting were studied. The rationality of the chemical composition of QT550 was verified. The spheroidal graphite iron casting with high elongation and strength can be produced by directly casting.
