中文摘要:采用等离子弧堆焊机将Fe5自熔堆焊合金堆焊在低碳钢表面,研究了堆焊电流对其堆焊层组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,当堆焊电流为180A时,堆焊层性能取得最佳值,其硬度最高,磨损量最小。
英文摘要: Fe5 deposited metal was overlaid on low carbon steel by plasma arc surfacing. The surfacing current is the important surfacing parameter. The influence of surfacing current on the microstructure and properties of overlay surface was studied and the optimal parameters were obtained. The results show that the optimum value of overlay deposite is obtained, the hardness is highest and the wear mass loss is lowest, when the current is 180 A.
