中文摘要: 采用自动双丝MIG焊机对6005A铝合金空心型材进行搭接焊,并利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度仪及能谱对焊接接头的组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明:焊缝区呈网状枝晶组织,热影响区晶粒组织细小,焊接接头的主要强化相是Mg2Si和Al3Mg2等化合物,但是含量较少。热影响区中有软化区的存在,焊缝的平均硬度略低于母材。
英文摘要:Double wire MIG welding of 6005A alloy was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDX. The results show that the microstructure of the weld bead is of net. The grains of HAZ are fine. The phase of the welded joint is Mg2Si and Al3Mg2, but the quantity is lower. The softening zone exists in HAZ. The hardness of the weld bead is lower than the matrix metal.
