热输入对X80焊缝金属低温冲击性能的影响

中文摘要: 研究了热输入对X80级管线钢埋弧焊焊缝金属的显微组织、硬度和低温冲击性能的影响。结果表明,热输入对焊缝金属显微组织和力学性能性能有显著的影响。随着热输入增大,焊缝柱状晶宽度增大,焊缝中针状铁素体板条有粗化的趋势;焊缝金属硬度值随着热输入增大而降低;低温冲击吸收功先升高后降低,热输入为31 kJ/cm时焊缝金属低温冲击性能最好。
英文摘要: The paper studies the effect of heat inputs on microstructure,hardness and low temperature impact toughness of weld metal deposited by submerged arc welding for X80 grade pipeline steel. The results reveal that heat inputs have a significant effect on microstructure and mechanical properties.With the increasing of heat input,the width of columnar crystal is increased,the dimension of acicular ferrite of weld metal is increased.With the increasing of heat input,the hardness of weld metal is increased.With the increasing of heat input,low-temperature impact toughness is increased firstly and then decreased, when the heat input is 31 kJ/cm,the weld metal shows best in the low-temperature impact toughness.
