中文摘要:针对X65 QS PSL2 管线钢用于腐蚀性环境中的特殊要求,采用手工电弧焊接方法对壁厚23.82 mm的X65QS PSL2管线钢进行了焊接。对焊接接头形貌、接头组织、力学性能(硬度、抗拉强度、低温韧性)、致密性能(弯曲、刻槽锤断)、防腐性能(HIC、SSCC)分别进行了观测和试验。结果表明:焊缝成型良好,致密性好,没有缺陷,焊缝组织是铁素体和贝氏体,力学性能和腐蚀性能满足使用要求;X65QS PSL2具有良好的焊接性能。
英文摘要:Basing on the speciality of X65 QS PSL2 pipeline which is used in corrosive environment, 23.82 mm wall thickness pipeline was welded by SMAW. The appearance of the weld joint, the joint microstructure, mechanical properties (hardness, tensile strength, toughness in low temperature), soundness properties (bending testing, Nick-breaking testing), anti-corrosion performance (HIC, SSCC) were observed and tested. The experimental results indicated that the soundness weld without defects was obtained. The microstructure of the weld is Ferrite and Bainite. The mechanical properties and anti-corrosion performance meet the requirements, The X65 QS PSL2 pipeline has good weldability.
