中文摘要:在ZA35合金中加入纳米TiC颗粒作为增强相,采用电磁搅拌制备了纳米TiC颗粒增强锌基复合材料。通过力学性能测试确定了纳米TiC颗粒的适宜加入量,分析了TiC对颗粒增强锌基复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:电磁搅拌可细化合金,随着电流的增加,枝晶细小,但电流超过100 A时,细化效果减弱;当纳米TiC颗粒加入量为7.5%时,锌基复合材料的抗拉强度达到410.5 MPa,伸长率达到4.67 %。
英文摘要:Zinc-based composite reinforced by nano-TiC particle was fabricated by electromagnetic stirring, and the suitable amount of nano-TiC particle was determined by testing the mechanical properties of the composite. The effect of nano-TiC particle on the mechanical properties of the composite was discussed. The results show that the alloy grain can be refined by electromagnetic stirring, with the increase of current, the grain becomes fine. When the current is above 100A. The refinement effect becomes less. The composite reinforced by 7.5%TiC particle has the optimal mechanical properties, tensile strength 410.5 MPa, elongation rate 4.67%.
