中文摘要:在工业纯铜表面制备热化学反应型陶瓷涂层,然后进行粉末渗铝(850 ℃ × 10 h),在纯铜内表面形成Cu-Al渗铝层,从而获得陶瓷/渗铝复合涂层。组织结构分析发现,渗铝层获得α + γ2组织,陶瓷涂层形成了新的陶瓷相。耐蚀实验结果显示,复合涂层在酸、盐介质中,耐蚀性较纯铜分别提高17.11倍、15.72倍。
英文摘要:Thermo-chemical reaction ceramic coating was prepared on copper, then powder aluminizing at 850 ℃ for 10 h was carried out. Cu-Al layer on the inner surface of the copper was formed, ceramic / aluminized composite coating was obtained. The structure analysis results show that the aluminized layer is composed of α+γ2, new ceramic phase formes in ceramic coating. Corrosion experiments results show that the corrosion resistance of the composite coating in acid or salt medium is increased by 17.11 and 15.72 times than pure copper, respectively.
