中文摘要:将Ti6-Al4-V放入含有钙磷元素的溶液中进行微弧氧化处理,在其表面可以生成一层含有钙磷元素的氧化膜。针对钙磷元素含量以及分布在微弧氧化过程中不容易控制的问题,对水热处理液进行改进,在改进的水热处理液中进行水热处理。结果表明:氧化膜表面上羟基磷灰石在数量、尺寸以及均匀性上都有很大提升。
英文摘要:Micro-arc oxidized(MAO) TiO2-based films containing Ca and P on Ti6-Al4-V alloy were formed in electrolytes containing calcium and phosphate salts. The content and the distribution of calcium and phosphate ions in the micro-arc oxidation films have a significant influence in the process of forming hydroxyapatite (HA) by hydrothermal treatment. The hydrothermal treatment solution was improved. The quantity, size and uniformity of hydroxyapatite (HA) formed in the improved hydrothermal treatment solution have a great upgrade.
