中文摘要:以1Cr13丝材的喷涂涂层为例,建立了喷涂角度、喷涂电流、喷涂距离和气源压力对涂层孔隙率的非线性映射的T-S模糊辨识模型。在本实验范围内,用该模型对实测数据进行了验证,误差为-8%~8%。利用所建的模糊辨识结果,分析了喷涂工艺参数对涂层孔隙率的影响规律,并获得了涂层孔隙率2.34%的最佳喷涂工艺参数,表明所建T-S模糊模型具有较好的学习和泛化能力。
英文摘要:Taking 1Cr13 for instance, Takagi-sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model of porosity of HVAS coating was set up from spraying angle, spraying current, spraying distance and pressure of gas source to its compactness properties. T-S fuzzy model of HVAS was tested at the term of examination data, the predictive model and the experiment have the deviation within the -8%~8% limits. By the use of the model, the influence of technological parameters on porosity of HVAS coating were analyzed, and the better technological parameters of the coating with 2.34% porosity were obtained. The simulation results show that the founded T-S model has preferable learning and generalization capabilities, which performs effectively in predicting HVAS coating compactness properties.
