中文摘要:基于Jampro软件的组织和性能预测,制定N80级ERW套管钢的热处理工艺,并研究其对组织与性能的影响。结果表明,经不同等温处理后,实验钢获得以多边形铁素体加板条贝氏体为主的复相组织,且其力学性能均满足API5CT标准;随等温处理温度的升高,多边形铁素体含量增加,板条贝氏体含量减少,该组织结构有利于实验钢塑性和韧性的提高。
英文摘要:Based on the microstructure and properties calculated by Jampro software, the heat treatment technique of ERW N80 oil casings steel was made and its effects on the microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the microstructure with polygonal ferrites and lath bainites in the testing steel is obtained after the different isothermal treatment, and its mechanical properties can meet the API5CT standard. With the raise of the isothermal temperature, the content of the polygonal ferrites increases while that of the lath bainites decreases, consequently raises the plasticity and toughness.
