中文摘要:采用药芯焊丝技术在钢表面形成金属基陶瓷耐磨堆焊层。通过药芯焊丝配方的设计,结合TIG焊接方法,对堆焊层的耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明,堆焊层中WC颗粒与基体形成良好的阴影保护效应,WC颗粒对基体进行保护,同时基体对WC颗粒进行有效的支撑。在相同的磨料磨损条件下,大颗粒WC堆焊层具有较好的耐磨性。同时,采用大颗粒WC的药芯焊丝焊接工艺性优异。
英文摘要:Flux-cored wire was used to manufacture the ceramic reinforced metal matrix surfacing layes on iron. The wear resistance of surfacing layer was investigated by the design of flux-cored wires and TIG welding method. The results show that WC particles and basis material can form shadow protect. The WC particles protect the basis material, which in turn, the basia effectively supports the WC particles. Under the same condition of abrasive wear, the larger particles have better wear resistance. Meanwhile, the flux-cored wires with larger WC particles have excellent weldability.
