中文摘要:分析导致稀土低铬白口铸铁磨球失效的主要原因是:碳化物呈连续网状分布和铸造缺陷。通过控制成形工艺、化学成分、孕育处理、热处理工艺等影响因素,使之连续网状碳化物孤立断网,以及减少气孔、夹杂、缩松等缺陷,获得了致密健全的磨球,有效提高了稀土低铬白口铸铁磨球质量。
英文摘要:The reason of low chromium white cast iron grinding ball is net carbide and casting defect. The compact and complete grinding ball production can be obtained by controlling forming technology, chemical composition, inoculation, heat treatment and etc., which can effectively avoid the failures like blowhole, slag enclosure, pinholes and netted carbide breaking up. By the above methods, the quality of rare-earth low chromium white cast iron grinding ball is improved.
