中文摘要:水平连铸机运行中存在棒料“自旋”现象,牵引辊与棒料间的相对滑动,造成了棒料的抖动及磨损,同时增加了压断力。通过对牵引系统的结构及其受力分析,指出了水平连铸系统运行中棒料“自旋”运动形成的原因,并提出了有效抑制自旋运动的改进方案。
英文摘要:Bar "spin" phenomenon exists in the operation of horizontal continuous casting machine, the relative sliding between traction roller and bar stock caused dithering and wear of the bar stock, at the same time increased staved force. Through analyzing structure and stress of the traction system, the reason and improvement scheme of bar stock "spin" in the operation of the horizontal continuous casting system.
