中文摘要：设计了托瓦体的铸造工艺，利用ViewCast软件对其进行了数值模拟。结果显示，铸件周围边凝固较快，型腔的四个圆角处没有得到很好的补缩，会产生缩孔、缩松等缺陷。把浇注系统放在更加合理的地方，在中间厚大处设置冒口后，获得了比较合理的铸造工艺方案。
英文摘要： The casting process for steel support body castings was designed and numerically simulated using ViewCast software. The results show that the perimeter of the casting rapidly solidifies, and the four corners around the cavity have not enough feeding, in which shrinkage and porocity defects arises. Setting the gating system to a more reasonable place in the casting, and setting the risers at the wall thickness in the middle of the casting, the optimized casting process is obtained.
