中文摘要:应用有限元软件DEFORM -3D 对TA15钛合金大型整框零件锻造成型过程进行数值模拟分析,确定了合理的坯料形状尺寸,选择了合理的模锻工艺参数,形成了可行的整框模锻件的模锻工艺。对数值模拟结果进行了验证性生产试验。结果表明,采用模拟方法所确定的坯料所生产出的终锻件成形质量良好、工艺可行、模具设计合理,整框锻件产品性能稳定可靠。
英文摘要:Using finite element software DEFORM-3D, the forging process for TA15 alloy large whole frame was analyzed by numerical simulation method. The proper blank profile and size were determined, the die forging technological parameters were choose properly and the die forging process of the part was made. The simulation results were verified in practical production. The results indicate that the final forgings produced by optimized blank has good formability, so the process is feasible, the design of die structure is reasonable. The property of the part is steady and reliable.
