中文摘要:针对空心导杆零件的特点,分析了其挤压成形工艺,提出了该零件的挤压成形工艺方案,并利用数值模拟软件DEFORM-2D,分析了金属成形时的流动规律。通过改变摩擦因子和芯轴运动速度,进行了多次模拟,得到了空心导杆在挤压成形时的最优工艺参数,并分析了在最优工艺参数下,空心导杆挤压成形时的最大等效应力、损伤因子、最大成形载荷和芯轴的受力,从而保证了挤压件的质量,为实际生产提供了理论基础。
英文摘要: According to the structure character of hollow guide rod and analysis of its extrusion process,a process scheme based on extruding was proposed. Based on the simulation software DEFORM-2D,the flow law of metal forming was analyzed. By changing the friction factor and the mandrel velocity, a number of simulation were carried out and the optimal process parameters were obtained in the extrusion forming of hollow guide rod. Under the optimal process parameters, the maximal effective stress,damage factor, maximal forming load and mandrel force was analyzed in extrusion forming of hollow guide rod. So the quality of the extrusion parts is assured, the study provides a theoretical basis for actual production.
