中文摘要:以聚碳酸酯作为模型材料,采用三维光塑性实验方法对斜轧金属变形工步进行了实验模拟研究,对典型截面切片的等差线和等倾线条纹进行了观测分析,采用牛顿迭代法求解了斜轧制件内部的三维应变分布。结果表明,斜轧变形区属于复杂的三维变形,轧件的应变分布是不均匀的,其中心部应变最小,四周应变逐渐扩大;利用三维光塑性方法对斜轧成形进行实验模拟是成功的,为研究金属塑性成形工艺提供了一种有效的实验手段。
英文摘要:Using polycarbonate as mold material, three dimensional photoplasticity was employed to simulate the metal deformation in skew rolling process. The fringes of isochromatic line and isoclinal line of slice in typical section was observed and analysed. The 3-D strain distributions in the inner of skew rolling part were solved by Newton iterative method. The results show that the deformation distributions on skew rolling are complicated 3-D deformation, the central deformation is smallest and the ambient deformation become more and more large; the simulation method of 3-D photoplasticity of skew rolling is successful and it provides an effective experiment means for studying metal forming technology.
