高性能AZ91D镁合金瞬时液相扩散焊工艺初步研究

中文摘要:用快速凝固制备的Sn-(18~20)Bi合金薄片作中间层,在10-2 Pa真空以及不同试验温度和焊接时间条件下,对用往复挤压结合正挤压制备出的高强度AZ91镁合金棒材进行瞬时液相扩散焊接试验。用金相显微镜、EDS和显微硬度计对其焊接接头进行了显微组织、成分分布和硬度分析。结果表明,在310℃、保温45min和微小预紧力条件下,往复挤压高强度AZ91D镁合金可以进行瞬时液相扩散焊接,接头组织中元素分布趋于一致,性能过渡均匀,接头实现了完全的冶金连接。接头组织中有新相出现,有待深入分析。
英文摘要:AZ91D magnesium alloy with high strength prepared by reciprocating extrusion was joined by transient liquid-phase bonding process. The interlayer material was Sn-(18~20)Bi ribbons which was prepared by using rapid solidification machine under 10-2 Pa vacuum. Microstructure and hardness of the joint were analyzed by optical metallurgical microscope, EDS and micro-hardness tester. The results show that AZ91D magnesium alloy with high strength by reciprocating extrusion could be joined successfully by TLP bonding in the condition of 310℃, holding 45min and some pre-tightening force. Elements distribution across the joint are consistent and uniform. New phase generates in the joint which need investigate in-depth later on. The microstructure and hardness indicate that the joint is welded in a metallurgical condition.
