中文摘要:在分析焊接过程中的能量方程、边界条件和焊接热源分布模型的基础上,建立双电弧运动作用下埋弧焊熔池的温度场数学模型,采用有限元方法计算与分析了不同焊接速度、焊接电压对双电弧埋弧焊熔池温度场分布的影响规律,得出了不同焊接速度、焊接电压参数下对应的熔池形态特征,为双电弧焊高速埋弧焊过程焊缝成形因素分析及工艺优化提供了基础。
英文摘要:Based on the analysis of energy equation, boundary conditions and welding heat source distribution model, the temperature field mathematical model for arc movement was established. The temperature field distribution of twin-arc submerged arc welding under different welding speed and voltage was calculated by ANSYS software. The characteristics of molten pool corresponding to different welding speed, welding voltage parameters were obtained, which was helpful to analyze the weld seam shape factors and provide a basis for process optimization for twin-arc high speed submerged arc welding.
