中文摘要:分析了真空钎焊工艺中各因素对钎焊接头质量的影响,确定表面镀覆、接头形式、钎焊间隙、真空度、升温速度、稳定温度、稳定温度下的保温时间、钎焊温度、钎焊温度下的保温时间、冷却速度及钎焊后热处理为真空钎焊焊接工艺评定的重要因素。当改变上述的工艺因素时,需要对焊接工艺重新进行评定。
英文摘要:The influence of each factor of vacuum brazing process on the quality of the brazed joint was analyzed. The following aspects were determined as the important factors of welding procedure qualification of vacuum brazing procedure, such as cladding, joint formation, vacuum brazing clerance, vacuum degree, holding time at constant temperature, vacuum brazing temperature, coolling rate and vacuum brazing heat treatment. When the process parameters mentioned above are changed, welding procedure is evaluated again.
