中文摘要:采用涡流探伤仪对LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头未焊透缺陷进行检测,建立缺陷深度与阻抗信号之间的对应关系,分析不同深度的未焊透缺陷的涡流阻抗特征。结果表明:当未焊透缺陷深度小于1.02 mm时,阻抗信号不产生突变,无法辨认缺陷的存在;当未焊透缺陷深度大于1.02 mm时,阻抗信号产生突变,并随着未焊透缺陷深度的增加,电阻分量、电抗分量也随之增大,且未焊透缺陷的深度与电阻分量、电抗分量大小存在线性对应关系。
英文摘要:The lack of penetration (Lop) defect in LY12 aluminum friction stir weld was detected by using eddy current flaw detector, and the corresponding relationship between the depth of defect and impedance signal was established. The eddy current impedance characteristics of Lop at different depth were analyzed. The results indicate that: when the depth of Lop is smaller than 1.02 mm , impedance signal does not change suddenly, and the defects cannot be detected; when the depth is bigger than 1.02 mm, the sudden change of impedance signal happens, the component of resistance and reactance increase with the increase of the depth of Lop. The liner corresponding relationship exists in Lop depth and the component of resistance and reactance.
