中文摘要:利用有限元分析软件AYSYS,对汽车翼子板功能梯度材料模具的等离子熔积成形过程温度场进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,温度场呈周期性变化,且随着成形件平均温度的升高,温度分布趋向均匀;在沟槽区域,梯度材料平均温度较均质材料高约11%;最后通过对温度场实测,验证了计算结果正确性。
英文摘要: The temperature field of manufacturing function gradient materials (FGM) fender mold by plasma powder deposition was simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that the temperature field changes periodically. With the increase of average temperature, the temperature field tends to be uniform. In the groove region, the average temperature of FGM is 11% higher than the homogeneous materials fender mold. The temperature field was measured by experiment, which can verify the correctness of the simulation results.
