中文摘要: 对仅仅运行了130天的过热器连通管40°弯头产生的严重裂纹,从弯头结构、加工、热处理和焊接等方面进行了详细综合分析。结果表明,弯头材料的抗开裂性能严重下降、结构不合理、小台阶根部造成应力集中非常大等内在和结构因素,是造成弯头产生脆性开裂的主要原因,并提出了40°弯头进行现场检查和加工制造中的改进措施
英文摘要:A 40-degree angle bend of communicating pipe of overheater generated more cracks for only 130 days. The reasons for the crack were analyzed from the structure, processing, heat treatment and welding. The results show that the decline of crack resistance, abnormal structure and serious stress concentrations contributes to the crack of angle bend. Some improvement methods on the processing were put forward.
