中文摘要:以一种结构复杂,不易分型和出模的镁合金(AM60B)摩托车轮毂为例,说明了利用Pro/Engineer进行镁合金挤压铸造模具设计的一般步骤和方法。实践证明,该软件平台大大提高了模具设计的效率,并对复杂挤压铸造模具设计有参考价值。
英文摘要:Taking magnesium alloy (AM60B) motorcycle wheels, which is complicated in structure and difficult for parting and discharging, as an example, the approaches and methods for the squeezing casting die design of magnesium alloy were introduced based on Pro/Engineer. The results show that the system greatly increases the efficiency of die design, and also gives a reference for designing squeezing casting die for complicated casting of magnesium alloys.
