中文摘要:利用电化学测试手段,研究了X80管线钢在模拟土壤介质中的电化学行为。结果表明:土壤含水量达到20%时,X80管线钢在土壤介质中的腐蚀速度最大;当土壤介质pH<7时,以H-还原为主,析氢电位明显比碱性条件下低;外加电流阴极保护和涂层联合应用时,腐蚀电流先增大再减小,最后趋于稳定。
英文摘要:The electrochemical behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated edaphic electrolyte was researched by electrochemical test methods. The results show that the corrosion rate of X80 pipeline steel is the largest when the soil moisture content is 20%. When soil medium's pH is below 7, H- deoxidation is dominant reaction, and the potential of hydrogen evolution is obviously lower than that of alkaline conditions. When the impressed current cathodic protection is combined with coatings, the corrosion current increases first and then decreases before the final stable.
