中文摘要:利用无压浸渗法制备了316 L不锈钢/Cu梯度复合材料,研究了该复合材料中不锈钢球的溶解变化形貌及成分分布规律。结果表明,溶解不锈钢球的形态及分布演变特征为从边缘溶解形态为短齿状,演变为大量的树枝与部分颗粒的混合形态,最后变为完全的颗粒形态;复合材料成分变化特征为无论钢球是否溶解,在界面处成分过渡梯度很大并且基体成分中Cu含量均在86%左右。
英文摘要:316L stainless steel/Cu gradient composite was prepared by pressureless infiltration. The changes in the morphology of dissolved stainless steel ball and composition distribution were studied. The results show the characteristic of stainless steel ball's dissolving form and distribution that is the short form of dentate, and then changing into large numbers of particles mixing with some form of branches, and finally dissolving into particles.
