中文摘要:参照GB/T6396-2008和ASTM A 264设计了薄规格双金属复合板抗剪强度的测试方法及装置,并对薄规格双金属复合板的抗剪强度进行了测试,与现有商品板的抗剪强度进行了对比和分析。结果表明:提出的测试方法简单实用和实验装置操作方便,测量误差小,数据离散度小,精度高,能准确评价薄规格双金属复合板的结合强度,测试结果符合GB/ T6396-2008要求。
英文摘要:A test method and set-up for the shear strength of thin bi-metal sheet was developed according to GB/T6396-2008 and ASTM A 264 standard. The shear strength of thin bi-metal sheet was measured by using the method and set-up, and was compared with existing data from the production. The results show that the set-up is characterized as simplicity, utility, convenience, little error, less variation and excellent precision. The shear strength of the thin bi-metal sheet is well evaluated and meet the GB/T6396-2008 requirement in the light of the method.
