中文摘要:用电弧离子镀技术在Ni基定向凝固高温合金DZ125基材上制备了NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层,经热处理,获得沉积态和氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层样品,研究了盐雾腐蚀前后,不同状态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层形貌及热处理工艺对材料抗电化学腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经盐雾腐蚀后,沉积态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层表面出现明显的腐蚀裂纹,氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层表面仅有少量针片状氧化铝保留。与沉积态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层相比,氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层具有良好的抗电化学腐蚀能力。
英文摘要:A NiCoCrAlYSiB coating was deposited on a directionally solidified nickel-base superalloy DZ125 using arc ion plating (AIP) method. The types of NiCoCrAlYSiB coating samples of as-deposited and short-term oxidized were obtained through different heat treatment. The effects of two coating shapes and heat treat process on the electrochemical corrosion resistance before and after the salt spray corrosion were investigated. The results show that there ment appear some corrosion cracks on the surface of the as-deposited NiCoCrAlYSiB coating and a little of acicular Al2O3 remains on the surface of the short-term oxidized NiCoCrAlYSiB coating. Compared with the as-deposited NiCoCrAlYSiB coating, the short-term oxidized NiCoCrAlYSiB coating has a good electrochemical corrosion resistance.
