中文摘要:在硅酸盐体系的电解液中加入SiC粉末,对AZ91D镁合金进行微弧氧化处理。用SEM、XRD分析加入SiC粉末对微弧氧化膜层的表面形貌特征和物相成分的影响。结果表明,加入SiC粉末后微弧氧化膜层表面的微孔变少且直径减小;膜层物相成分中增加了SiC相。在w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中的电化学腐蚀实验结果表明,加入SiC粉末后所制备的膜层的耐腐性能显著提高。在硅酸盐体系的电解液中加入SiC粉末(浓度为5 g/L),频率600 Hz、占空比30%、平均电流密度15 A/dm2时,可获得耐腐蚀性能较好的微弧氧化膜层。
英文摘要:The magnesium alloy was treated by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in silicate electrolyte in which SiC powders were added. The morphological characteristic and phase constituent of ceramic coating were analyzed using SEM and XRD. The results show that the pores in the ceramic coating decrease and the diameter becomes more compact after adding SiC powders; new phase of SiC appeares. The electrochemical corrosion experiments in 3.5% NaCl solution show that corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating after adding SiC powders is also improved greatly. After being treated at a concentration of 5 g/L SiC and pulse frequency 600 Hz, duty ratio 30% and average current density 15 A/dm2, the micro-arc oxidation coating has good corrosion resistance in silicate system electrolyte.
