中文摘要:利用有限元方法建立轴对称模型,对铜表面热喷涂镍金属涂层的残余应力进行模拟分析。研究基体温度和粒子速度对涂层残余应力的影响。研究表明,涂层受残余压应力,从涂层向基体方向残余应力呈减小趋势,随基体温度升高,残余应力呈减小趋势,随粒子速度增加,残余应力呈增大趋势。
英文摘要:The residual stresses in thermal spray coating on Cu surface was simulation analyzed using finite element mode(FEM). The effects of matrix temperature and particle velocity on residual stress in the coating were studied. The results show that there are compress stress in the coating and the residual stress decreases from coating to matrix. The residual stress decreases with the increase of matrix temperature and increases with the increase of particle velocity.
