中文摘要:研究了硅含量和淬火温度对中碳低合金耐磨铸钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,wSi=1.84%的实验钢经880 ℃淬火和250 ℃回火处理后,试样晶粒细小,组织为板条马氏体和少量残余奥氏体,并可以获得硬度与冲击韧度的良好配合,SEM冲击断口分析发现,该实验钢的断口形貌特征为韧窝断裂。
英文摘要:The influences of Mn content and quenching temperature on microstructure and properties of medium-carbon-
low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel were investigated. The results show that the grain size of the test steel with 1.84%Si after quenching at 880 ℃ and tempering at 250 ℃ is fine, the microstructure consists of lath martensite and few retained austenite, and the good mechanical property can be obtained. Meanwhile, SEM analysis finds the obvious dimple-crack characters on the fracture surface of the tested steel, and the fracture mechanism is plastic fracture.
