中文摘要:研究了热处理对Mg-6Al-0.5Mn-1.8Si-0.3Ca镁合金组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,经过固溶处理,β-Mg17Al12逐渐溶解到基体中,Mg2Si保持良好的热稳定性,合金的显微硬度明显提高,在固溶48 h时显微硬度较铸态时提高了约20%;固溶处理后再进行时效处理,沿晶界逐渐析出第二相,起到了晶界强化和弥散强化的作用。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of Mg-6Al-0.5Mn-1.8Si-0.3Ca alloy were studied. The results show that the β-Mg17Al12 phase has dissolved gradually into the matrix after solution heat treatment, but the Mg2Si phase has good thermostability. The microhardness is heightened by 20% after solution treatment for 48 h. After aging treatment, the second phase is precipitated gradually from the grain-boundary, the second phase plays a part in grain-boundary strengthing and dispersion strengthening.
