中文摘要:利用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了Ni60涂层,研究了热处理温度对涂层电化学性能的影响。结果表明:涂层在0.5M的H2SO4溶液中耐腐蚀性分别是Q235A钢的14倍和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的1.8倍;不同温度热处理1 h后,涂层在0.5M H2SO4溶液中的耐蚀性都得到提高,以200~300 ℃热处理1 h最为显著。
英文摘要:Ni60 coating was prepared on Q235A steel by air plasma spraying. The effects of heat treatment temperature on the electrochemical property of sprayed coating were studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution is approximately 14 and 1.8 times of Q235A steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, respectively. The corrosion resistance of the coating in 0.5 M H2SO4 is improved by heat treatment at different temperature for 1h, in particular, enhances markedly when heat treated at 200 ℃~300 ℃ for 1 h.
