中文摘要:采用宏观观察、微观电子扫描(SEM)以及金相组织分析等研究方法,对焦炉煤气风机叶轮断裂失效原因进行分析。结果表明,由于叶轮所处环境及工作过程中所受的拉应力作用,风机叶轮在应力腐蚀作用下开裂。另外,热处理工艺不当以及焊接缺陷是造成叶轮失效的促进因素。针对以上原因提出改进措施,防止类似事故再次发生。
英文摘要:The fracture failure reason of a kind of gas turbine wheel was analyzed through macroscopic observation, SEM and metallographic method. The results show that because of tensile stressproducted in their environment and working process, the gas turbine wheel cracks under the action of stress corrosion. In addition, improper heat treatment process and welding defects promotes the destruction trend in the gas turbine wheel. And more, corresponding improvement measures are suggested to prevent incidents from happening again.
