中文摘要:通过对失效的连杆螺栓进行宏观分析及微观分析,系统分析了螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明,螺栓断裂属于疲劳断裂,其中螺栓的材料性能不足为主要原因。由于材料本身对应力集中的敏感性较高,在螺栓变径处表面形成疲劳裂纹源,另外材料本身强度以及内部存在的孔洞、晶粒取向,加速了疲劳裂纹的生成扩展,在经过交变应力作用下,最终造成螺栓疲劳断裂。
英文摘要:The failure causes of the bolt were systemically analyzed by macroscopic and microcosmic examination. The results show that the main cause of the failure is fatigue and insufficient mechanical properties of the bolt. The material is also sensitive to the stress concentration, witch causes the initiation source of fatigue crack on the surface. In addition, the lower strength of the bolt as well as the micro pore and grain orientation accelerate the propagation of fatigue crack.
