等温锻造温度对AA7085铝合金组织及性能的影响

中文摘要:研究了等温锻造温度对AA7085铝合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,随着等温锻造温度的升高,微观组织有明显的变化,再结晶形核率逐渐增加,在450℃时,再结晶全面发生,晶粒基本全部细化,强度达到最大;经480和510℃锻造后,再结晶晶粒晶界明显粗化,强度有所下降。综合考虑显微组织和力学性能,450 ℃为AA7085铝合金较佳的等温锻造温度。
英文摘要:The effects of isothermal forging temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AA7085 aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that, with the increase of temperature, the microstructure apparently changes, the nucleation rate of recrystallization gradually increases. The process of recrystallization happens everywhere at 450 ℃, and the size of grains gets fine completely, the strength of samples reaches maximum. After forging at 480 ℃ and 510 ℃, the size of grains become coarsening, the strength decreases. Considering both microstructures and mechanical properties, the temperature of 450 ℃ is the best choice of isothermal forging temperature.
