中文摘要:利用镍箔作中间层,在850℃下对经过高能喷丸表面自纳米化处理的TA17钛合金与0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢棒材进行了脉冲加压扩散连接,用SEM、EDS分析了接头微观组织与接头界面处Ni、Ti和Fe元素的分布特征,并根据菲克第二定律计算了Ni原子在钛合金中的扩散系数。结果表明,在短时间的扩散过程中,纳米化处理后Ni原子在钛基体中扩散系数是在常规粗晶钛基体中扩散系数的两倍,纳米化有利于原子间冶金结合。
英文摘要:TA17 titanium alloy and 0Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel, which is surface self-nanocrystallized (SSNC) by high-energy shot peening (HESP), were joined through Pulse-Pressure Diffusion Bonding (PPDB) using a pure nickel foil at 850℃. Ni, Fe and Ti element distribution in joint microstructure and joint interface were analyzed by SEM and EDS, and the diffusion coefficient of Ni in TA17 titanium alloy was achieved by Fick's second law. The results show that the diffusion coefficient of Ni in Ti matrix during short-time diffusion bonding can be doubled when TA17 titanium alloy and 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were treated, which are beneficial for metallurgy combination among atoms.
