中文摘要:采用添加标识材料的方法研究45钢摩擦焊接头焊缝塑性金属的流动规律。结果表明,摩擦焊接过程中,变形层首先在距圆心2/3半径处的摩擦表面上形成,它是由塑性变形和机械挖掘的表面金属组成的环状摩擦面。随着焊接时间的延长,摩擦焊接表面的热量输入会逐渐增加,从而增大了焊缝塑性金属的变形量。增加摩擦压力和顶锻压力,焊缝表面金属变形明显增大,且在摩擦压力的作用下标识材料会随着旋转方向变化,并且标识材料会发生整体扭转,扭转角度随着顶锻压力增大而增加。
英文摘要:The plastic flow pattern of the joints of 45 carbon steel in friction welding was studied by the method of adding marking material of metal. The results show that, during friction welding process, a deformation layer is formed in the 2/3 radius place of friction surface, it is a ringy friction surface composed of plastic deformation and mechanical mining. With the extension of welding time, heat input of friction welding surface will increase, thus the weld metal plastic deformation increases. Increasing friction pressure and top forging pressure, the weld metal surface deformation increases obviously, and the marking material will change with rotation direction in friction pressure, and will reverse, the reversed angle will increase with the increase of top forging pressure.
