中文摘要:研究了不同焊后消除应力热处理(SR处理)温度和SR处理次数对JFE-HITEN610U2L钢及其焊接接头力学性能的影响。 结果表明,在560~600℃温度范围内进行两次SR处理(每次保温2 h)是可行的;经3次580 ℃× 2 h SR处理后,其-50 ℃冲击吸收功仍较多地高出技术要求值。
英文摘要:The effects of stress relief(SR) treatment at different temperature and several time on the mechanical properties of JFE-HITEN610U2L welded joint were studied. The results show that twice SR treatment can be carried out at 560~600 ℃. After SR at 580℃× 2 h for three time, the impact toughness at -50 ℃ is much higher than that of technical requriment.
