中文摘要:在水冷辅助工艺条件下对1.8 mm厚的2524-T3铝合金板进行搅拌摩擦焊单道对接焊试验,并对焊接接头力学性能、断口形貌、显微硬度进行了分析。结果表明,在转速2400 r/min、焊速150 mm/min、随动冷却水压为0.4 MPa时,可获得表面纹理均匀细腻、无变形无飞边、无缺陷的对接接头。接头平均抗拉强度为409 MPa,达到母材的92.9%。说明该铝合金薄板采用水冷辅助工艺能获得良好效果。
英文摘要:The experiments with water cooling aid process in friction stir butt-welds of 2524-T3 aluminum alloy sheet with 1.8 mm thickness were carried out in single pass. The results show that the mechanical properties, fracture morphology and microhardness were analyzed. When the rotating speed is 2400 r/min, welding speed is 150 mm/min and synchronous cooling water pressure is 0.4 Mpa, the fine surface texture, without distortion and fin and defect butt joints can be obtained. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 409 MPa, which is 92.9% of the base metal, the water cooling process is good for the friction stir welding of 2524-T3 aluminum alloy sheet.
