中文摘要:通过对某站失效线夹进行现场调研、宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、断口分析等,综合检验结果,对其开裂失效原因进行了分析。分析认为,天气反复变化导致的冻裂是该设备线夹鼓包开裂的主要原因;其次,表面疏松和粗大柱状晶是开裂的次要促进因素;而线夹镗孔时的偏心导致部分区域孔壁较薄是造成线夹开裂的又一次要诱发因素。
英文摘要:The crack failure of terminal connector was analyzed on the basis of macro-inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic microstructure examination and fracture observation. The analysis shows that the frozen cracks caused by periodic changeable weather is the major cause leading to terminal connector crack; secondly, the surface shrinkage and coarse columnar grain also promotes the failure; in addition, the forming thin wall in boring terminal connector is another inducing factor.
